The Wedding Photographer is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, and Tanzania, East Africa. We travel globally to capture pre-wedding and wedding events. Some of our most memorable weddings have taken place in stunning locations such as Zanzibar, Dubai, Phuket, and Indonesia, among others.
Yes, we work with both sides of the couple’s families. We believe it is essential to involve everyone in the celebration, as both the couple and their families play a significant role in making the day memorable. Having a dedicated team for each side allows us to achieve a balanced and harmonious representation of the event.
We do not recommend having an additional photography team. Not only can it be uneconomical, but it may also interfere with our work. By having a single dedicated team, we ensure clean and unobstructed visual frames, preventing any local photographers from inadvertently disrupting our captured moments. This approach allows us to create a cohesive and seamless representation of your celebration.
Our photography style is a distinctive blend of candid, documentary, and traditional techniques, carefully tailored to reflect each couple’s individual preferences. This approach allows us to capture authentic moments while also honoring the timeless aspects of wedding photography, creating a personalized and memorable experience for every client.
As we accept a limited number of weddings each year, we typically book 8 to 9 months in advance. Therefore, it is advisable to inquire as early as possible to secure your date.
Absolutely! We encourage our clients to share their ideas and preferences with us. Your vision is important, and we are here to ensure that we capture the moments that matter most to you.
In addition to the photography and videography fees, there are a few other expenses to consider:
1. Travel, Food, and Accommodation: The costs associated with travel, meals, and accommodation for our crew members are typically covered by the client, unless otherwise agreed upon or included in a package deal.
2. Hard Drives for Final Delivery: Clients are responsible for the purchase of hard drives used for the final delivery of their photos and videos.
3. Additional Shooting Days/Hours: Any extra days or hours of shooting that are not specified in the contract will incur additional charges, based on the rates outlined in the contract.
Our team typically consists of 2 to 3 candid photographers and 2 to 3 cinematographers. This allows us to capture multiple angles and moments throughout your wedding day, ensuring that we document every special detail. Our experienced crew works collaboratively to provide a seamless and comprehensive coverage of your event.
The editing process for a wedding film is a creative endeavor that we approach with great care and dedication. Each film undergoes multiple iterations to ensure that we achieve the highest quality and can proudly say, "This is our best work to date." Typically, you can expect the complete film to be delivered within 5 to 7 weeks, depending on our current work schedule. We appreciate your understanding as we strive for excellence in capturing your special day.
Yes, we offer one round of edit changes to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product. We value your input and want to make sure that the film reflects your vision and preferences. Please feel free to communicate any specific adjustments you'd like, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
We deliver all images, trailers, and highlight films via a secure online link. This allows you to easily access, view, and download your wedding content at your convenience. The online platform ensures high-resolution quality and is user-friendly, making it simple to share your special moments with family and friends. If you have any specific preferences for delivery, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Our payment process is structured to provide clarity and ease for our clients. It consists of the following stages:
25% Booking Amount: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and services.
75% Before Wedding: The remaining balance is due before the wedding day, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
We deliver high-resolution photos within 2 to 3 weeks after the wedding, while the videos are typically available within 6 to 8 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we ensure that every detail is beautifully captured.
In Indian culture, we often perceive traditional and candid photography as distinct styles, but we prefer to view them simply as photography. Traditional photography typically involves posed shots and formal group portraits, while candid photography focuses on capturing spontaneous moments and genuine emotions throughout the event.
It is important to document not only the key moments of the wedding but also the presence of cherished family and friends. This can be achieved through group portraits taken either before or after the ceremony.
For weddings with fewer than 250 guests, arranging group portraits of close family and friends is relatively straightforward. However, for larger weddings where extensive guest coverage is desired, our team includes additional photographers who can effectively manage this task, ensuring that no moment is missed.
